My worst experience in any pharmacy store ever. The people at the front counter are outright rude and couldn't answer a simple question without giving some attitude. I will never go back to this place again. I don't know how CVS trains these people. They need some basic communication skills.

This is my first visit to this store as I usually go to university e store because it's closer. When I walked in I was greeted immediately with smiles and asking how I was. I felt genuinely welcome and they wanted my business. I had a question and the lady was very responsive and even though she couldn't fix the issue she gave me the number to someone who could. The other store in 5 points you never get this service. They act like you messed up their day that you stopped in to shop. God forbid you have a question. You have then went to far. These nice ladies need a raise CVS! I'm an avid couponer and frequent the stores often. This store is by far the best in the tuscaloosa area. I will drive the extra 15 minutes to get the good service. Thank you ladies.

This is the most pleasant,warmest, friendliest CVS that i Love going to.The Staff is Fantastic they will jump in to help you with whatever you are looking for. I Love all of the Lovely Black Female Staff on the Front End of this store. Keep up the Great Work Team. Your Store Manager trained you ladies well. You donot get this at every store.

Only person in the store. Worker on duty saw me struggling to find something and was just standing there. Went to check item prices from a cooler as I walked up to her to ask a question. Lol. She didn’t even fill anything out. Just faked something to do so she didn’t have to talk to me. I asked her where the travel stuff was and she just waved her hand and said “back wall”. How about some clarity? Where on the back wall? It was under the baby stuff if you go in looking. Not labeled or anything.

Sign on pharmacy says open Sunday at 11am. I showed up at 10:30am, saw the sign, and decided to wait it out. Store associates let me sit back there for the full 30 minutes before telling me the pharmacy would be closed the whole day. Would’ve been nice to put that on the sign or to at least tell me when I sat down to wait.

I’ve had some positive experiences here, but I had a pretty negative experience when I went to get my first dose of Moderna. I scheduled my appointment about a week in advance, and when the day came I walked in and clicked the link to say I was here. The pharmacist said my name and then said that they don’t stock it anymore and that she doesn’t know if anyone around would even have that. It’s totally understandable to be out of something, but I don’t think I should have been able to schedule an appointment if they don’t even have what I’m asking for. This is probably a website issue. In addition, I would have appreciated some alternative suggestions rather than leaving with a vague sense of despair.

Word is there is no official parking lot.Especially do not park at the Publix to go to CVS, ask the Publix security guard. They will say no!

On hold with pharmacy over 40 minutes and no one picks up. I am sick and need to get started on my meds. SHC received confirmation that prescription was received by the pharmacy, but their automated system says they have nothing for me. I am now trying to call them a second time and so far I am on hold for 28 minutes and counting….

Horrible Pharmacy. The pharmacist is rude to customers completely. I was simply waiting in line with my boyfriend so he can get his meds and I can get Advil cold and sinus that is behind the counter. She told me “if you aren’t picking up you can leave” that is completely unprofessional and I’ve worked in a pharmacy for over 5 years and we would instantly get fired for saying that to a paying customer. I did not end up getting the Advil cold and sinus because I’d rather take my business elsewhere and not deal with such a horrible women again. Do not care there if you can help it.

If I could give 0, I would! After 3 hours to fill a prescription for an upcoming surgery, pharmacist said she did not have enough time. I called and was on hold with pharmacy for more than 30 minutes with no answer. Completely inept staff and pharmacy. "Store Manager" hung up on us and then, when we called back, claimed there was nothing she could do to help. Pharmacist is so incompetent that 3 hours is insufficient time to fill a simple antibiotic prescription. The doctor chose CVS - this is why I will ALWAYS choose Walgreens.
