Just went a whole man hunt trying to run down a simple over the counter product for dental care and Google showed that 3 different locations had it in stock but upon driving to them they didn't have it.this location was my 3rd stop and I was frustrated at this point and really needed this , I know that online can make mistakes so I asked the associate there if they could help me find this product , the girl working the floor pointed me up front and I walked up front where I was met with a totally annoyed associate who acted like I ruined her entire day for asking to check another location for this product in stock to keep me from driving from store to store.when this store told her they did have it and I told her thank you so very much, she slammed down the phone rolled her eyes and walked away.terrible location and awful attitude!

I use CVS Pharmacy all the time all over the states as I travel for work. This one has the most unfriendly staff. I have been 4 times to get a prescription filled .. explained the second time and they still didn't call my pharmacy to get transferred.and the staff acted like it was my problem when I called my pharmacy to get transferred.

After leaving the ER went to get my prescriptions filled last Friday. Was advised an hour wait and left to come back. I returned 45 minutes later hoping the prescriptions would be ready but was then told another 40 minutes. As I waited the rude young clerk behind the counter was very uncaring. An elderly lady was picking new prescriptions for her husband and was concerned the new medication might affect his older medications. His no caring responses and the lady continuing asking and stating her concerns and gave a nonchalant answer and finally stated he didn't think so. After her treatment by this clerk and mine I requested my prescriptions back. The pharmacist asked why and I explained I was told an hour but upon returning it would be more time. He made up the excuse they have limited staff. Won't be back. Took my prescriptions to Walmart in which they
had excellent staffing and pharmacist.

Very kind and efficient pharmacy staff. They are consistently helpful and friendly. They also offer flu and covid vaccinations which are easy to request & receive.

This is the third time I have visited the pharmacy at this location. I believe this particular time was the absolute worst. I went to the pharmacy to fill a prescription and the clerk stated it will be about 1 hour. I waited for 1 hour shopping in the store and circled back to check the status of my prescriptions. The lady at the counter check with the pharmacist and she said that it will be another 10-15 minutes. I said ok thank you. Two seconds later the pharmacy manager called my name and said it will be another hour. I said the pharmacist just said 5-10 minutes and now you tell me another hour. He stated “ well you can just get your prescription back” I am like I have been waiting an hour I will just wait a few more minutes. He then proceeded to walk away went to the pharmacist and said loud as day “ take your time on her prescription” That was the most unprofessional comment to make and in front of the customer. First off it is not ethical to do at all. So I told him I heard what you just said and that was very rude for you to instruct an employee to do towards a customer. He proceeded to walk towards me aggressively and say I am not filling your prescription here you can take it and go. If this is the leadership qualities you have at CVS you definitely need to rethink the recruitment strategy because he was racist/ unprofessional and rude. For you to deny someone of their prescription is beyond me. He targeted me on purpose. I need a representative to call me to discuss this matter in more detail.

the worst customer service. Do not go here to print a picture. no one will help you. One person ahead and one behind us were both waited on and we were completely ignored. I spoke to the manager and she said she would be right back to help and then never returned. one hour totally wasted. Please go to another pharmacy if you can. Since they have a monopoly on the market their customer service is in the toilet

I needed some Ibuprofen and the shelf price said $4.79 for 36 caplets. I thought it was a decent price. I went to pay for it and they only had two self-serve kiosks open. My purchase rang up $7.59. The cashier even verified it with her machine. She said it was probably in the wrong place. It happens all the time. Not what I wanted to hear. I should have left it behind and bought it elsewhere. I will not be shopping at CVS anymore. I'm sure there are cheaper alternatives elsewhere. Not to mention how many trees are being cut down for their wasteful excuse of a receipt. How ridiculous! It's a mile long. Who needs it?

I’ve had prescriptions filled at a lot of pharmacies in my life. The male pharmacist at the Tuscaloosa, Veteran’s Memorial Pkwy CVS is the rudest pharmacy employee I’ve ever encountered. There’s a lot I’d love to say that Jesus wouldn’t be pleased with, so I’ll stop at a recommendation that he learns how to speak to customers without a condescending and unhelpful attitude.

Always enjoy the connivence of 24/7 shopping. Prices of course High but what do you expect with the only place open at 3 am!
