DO NOT USE DCH HOME MEDICAL EQUIPMENT!! They stole medical equipment that belonged to me. I was not using a bipap machine that was listed as one of the recalled units. I became very ill after using it and ended up in the hospital again. So I was afraid to use it. No replacements were available. A woman showed up at my door saying she had to take it back due to non-use. However, she also took my oxygen machine and tanks. She also took a portable oxygen machine that had been donated to me. I have the paperwork proving I owned the equipment, and that it was donated. Very pathetic people. Tried calling and everyone I spoke with was very rude and refused to return my equipment. Beware! Thieves and liars!

Went there to get my cpap supplies and was charged incorrectly for my supplies after having to wait a day to get my supplies because they were so busy going to find somewhere else to get my supplies there has to be somewhere that is run better than them.I can see why DCH has such a bad reputation.

First they kept saying they didn't have a script even after 2 were sent. Then wouldn't deliver when I'm home bound. After I finally got my rollator walker the wheel locked and I almost went over it; it was NOT ASSEMBLED CORRECTLY by them. They were also supposed to have it adjusted to correct height...but DIDN'T. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

Did absolutely nothing. Never told truth about anything. Avoid. Go somewhere else. Made up a different story every time I called, and I never got my equipment.

I am on oxygen due to covid. I have 4 tanks at present that I use to go to dr's offices only. I was discharged Friday week. I have used 2 when I made 1 trip and have a trip to make today which will most likely use the other 2 tanks. I called the main office to see about refilling the two that are empty. I was told they prefer to refill the 3 or 4 at a time. I explained the situation and was again told they prefer to refill 3 or 4 at a time. She told me I need to make them last. I asked what about doing what's best for the patient. I was told they have to do what's best for them. I was angry and short and stated when I ran out of oxygen I would have to get someone to bring them up there. Hopefully I'm not on the road and have to call ambulance.

I really don't appreciate the girl who rolled her eyes at me today. She may have had a mask on but she needs to put one over her eyes too because I saw her disgust, or her thought of superiority to me, in her eye roll. She's the one that never got my order ready after almost a month of me waiting. I really don't wanna post her name but watch out for the tall blonde with a chip on her shoulder and a very noticeable eye roll.

DCH Home Medical Equipment's personnel have compassionately cared for the needs of my husband and my parents. They work diligently with patients' insurance so patients can receive their full benefit. They try to match patients with equipment that comfortably meets their need. They have always been friendly, helpful, and kind to our family.
