I will not be going to any dollar general anymore. Walmart from now on. I have been shopping at this store for a year now. But I bought something that I didn't need and they know me there but I didn't have a receipt because they didn't give me one. The rude ugly ass regional manager was there and would not take it back it was still in the bag with the barcode that is for that store. I sometimes would spend $30/$40 a day there and would not take it back. I will drive to Walmart before I will spend anything in that store or any other dollar general.

This is the WORST dollar general I've ever been in. First, there is no register open, only the self-checkout & of course it's card only. Everything is shoved on the shelves, there is stuff all on the floor, so much is out of place, the floors are disgusting. It's just a disaster in that place. This place hasn't ever been in order any time I've ever been in it. Thankfully, I don't have to go in there much bc I live on the other side of town. ?

The company is having problems with the automated payment system.Should be addressed so people don't lay down their items and walk out.

It was horrible couldn't even get in the store all the lights are on the door is open but yet the store is closed and to me it was racist!!

Went in to buy groceries but needed to use the restroom bad as well. The manager would not let any customers use the bathroom so I was forced to go down the road to Piggley Wiggly. You sure don't mind selling to the public, but when it comes to using the bathroom it's another story. Other dollar generals are not like this. It's a shame and I won't be back. ? (To clarify this was the brand new dollar general on highway 69 south beside timberline homes.)

The shelves are empty, the back room is empacted, no matter how many times they replace the store manager the problems stay the same. The regional manager should be ashamed of themselves. The fish stinks from the Head down. Long past time for upper management to stop blaming the employees and start looking for the disconnect. A few weeks before Christmas and there is nothing on the shelves to buy. I truly feel bad for the employees who work there.

I would have given them 5 ☆'s it's close to home we use to go there alot but now you can't find anything there. Most of the shelves are empty. It's been that way since the pandemic happened. The Last time I was in there a woman asked me was this story going to close. I just told her no. Because That what they told me when I asked if they were closing. So most of the time now we just go somewhere else.

This store is total junk. You can’t walk through the store from all the carts and junk everywhere. It’s not stocked at all. I’d be ashamed to work there or to be the manager.
