Employees literally walked out the door after seeing a line of customers that has been there for a while waiting to be helped. Started closing out the drawers an hour and a half before closing time. I mean really! Waited over an hour for a simple eye glass len repair. The len fell out... Again. Have returned twice because of an issue with the eyeglass frames I bought from them. Wasn't cheap! Very, very slow. Irritatingly slow. The kind that makes you loose ur cool and snap. Just Look forward to staying over an hour at least.

I went to Eyemart Tuscaloosa on yesterday all the staff was very nice and receptive. Jennifer most definitely went above and beyond because I was indecisive of what I want I was in there over an hour and she was very patient and helpful with me, she picked glasses with me and I tried on a lot of glasses and she gave me her opinion on everything I asked. I really appreciated the patience she had with me through all my talking and questions even when it wasn’t about glasses, and her great choices because I left with 2 pair of glasses. That I really love. Very great leadership and through all that she was still helping with others her and her employees.

The day I went to order glasses was extremely busy. The store manager greeted every customer that walked into the store even while helping another customer. She was absolutely top notch at multi-tasking and never showed any signs of frustration all while being super busy. She was extremely professional with every customer and gave them her full attention! I can not remember her name, but she is truly a gem in today’s business world.

My experience as usually is awesome at Eye Mart !! I would like to give a 10/10 to Jennifer and Katie. They were excellent end the epitome of customer service. But there is a rotten apple that needs to go!!! Eddie he is a new worker and his customer service is TERRIBLE!!I saw 3 potential customers leave the store after he was rude to them. He is a older gentleman and I'm sorry he has to work but in the public is not where he should be!Also the wait and disorganization was madness.

We’ve been here over 3 hours. The person helping us stopped serving us to answer the phone, go check on something and answer numerous questions. Customer service means take care of the people sitting in front of you. I’ve worried retail and with the public and phone calls have the least priority, when someone is in front of you and spending money. Hurd a receptionist to filter calls. We do appreciate the accuracy and making sure they are correct and being able to get them the same day.

I worked with Katie and Jennifer and they were both amazing. Made the entire process of getting glasses easy and fun! Made sure I got the best deal with my insurance. They were great! I can't say that enough!

Excellent customer service, except for the long wait to place your order with staff. Staff were working as quickly as they could.They can only do so much when they are so busy. A bit understaffed I would say. Need a dedicated staff member to assist customers with glass pick up, repairs, answering the phone, and in store customer questions. Seems like you shouldn't have to sign in and wait 30 minutes to just pick up your Eyewear. Just my observations on every occasion I was there.I was assisted by Victoria Essary and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She's a good employee, knows her product, and has good customer service skills. She's a keeper. Just hire enough staff to have happy customers. Our time is limited, and valuable too.
