This store has the most RUDEST night time management and employees! First the girl didn't want to double bag a elderly woman bags that she tore with a box item when bagging her items, she didn't even care to separate items just threw them in the bag! When the lady asked for a double bag she gone tell her just put it in your cart!!!!! Then when ringing me up she asked for my ID due to me buying infant Tylenol saying it had alcohol in it which I was fine showing my ID but I had to find it so she gone tell me to Hurry Up! I almost lost my cool! I'm pregnant 36 weeks, it's late and all I'm trying to do is get my baby her Tylenol. Then when I ask for management her reply with a laugh was "That's my mama" and then she cancelled my transaction and said I can go to another Family Dollar store!!!!!! When her mom came she was rude as well tell me well whatever my daughter say goes!!! Then when I ask for their names they refused! I will NEVER SHOP there again! And I'm reaching out to corporate

Dollar Tree and Family Dollar needs to be better stocked. Came for picture frames and only had 2 options and shelves weren't stocked too many empty spaces

I’ve never encountered a problem at any family dollar in my life. As you can see in the picture above it’s a shelf full of totes marked at 14.00. When I got to the register they rang up for 18.00 dollars and the worker April refused to honor the price and said “I just work here” That’s exactly the point honey. You work there so it’s your job to make sure the prices are correct and at the register it’s your job to honor it. She continued to say “I’m not changing the price because they could just be in the wrong spot” but who fault is that? Not the customer. As a previous store manager I’ve never seen an employee so nonchalant. Family dollar was fined already for "excessive price-scanner errors." This location needs to be fined as well. A lot of the negative reviews are about bad pricing. And April needs to find a job that does not require customer service. Maybe stocking would fit her.

THE LADY WITH THE SHORT SYNTHETIC WIG WORKING TODAY WITH THE RIP SHIRT ON DECIDED IT WAS A GOOD IDEA TO GIVE HER UNWANTED OPINION AB WHAT I BUY THANK GOODNESS I CAN CONDUCT MYSELF AS AN ADULT BC I REALLY WANTED TO LET HER HAVE IT BC WHEN HAS IT EVER BEEN A CASHIERS BUSINESS TO DISCUSS MY ITEMS WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER U SAY U DONT BUY CHEAP TISSUE YET U HAVE A FAKE WIG ON YOUR HEAD FROM THE EARLY 2000S THATS WORTH 5 BUCKS ON THE DISPLAY TABLE AT THE HAIR STORE YOU WERE SO FOCUSED ON MY BUSINESS BUT WAS STRUGGLING TO COUNT MY MONEY OUT CORRECTLY CORPORATE REALLY NEEDS TO TRAIN YOU ALL BETTER.

I stopped in for one thing. I found it quickly and got checked out immediately. They have a lot of merchandise sitting in the aisles, so you have to be careful to walk around it.

Your store is very clean and the workers are very nice, but you guys need to get your prices on your tags to agree with the prices at your cash registers. On your Dove hand cream shows $2.50 on the shelf but rings up at $3.50 at the register. If it is wrong you should honor the price on the shelf. Thank you.

If I could leave no star i would I have never experienced such rudeness here like I did it was around 230pm june 15 2022 I use to love this placeI witness to employees talking about how they are not going to speak to customers unless they speak first and when I got to the register the butch woman did just that didn't say hello or anything thank you or nothing I believe they are in the wrong profession I see why this family doller has been empty lately they need a course in manners I work in retail and fast food as well I speak even if I'm not spoken to no matter how my day is going some people may not have heard you or there mind is somewhere else i rather go to doller general or family doller on skyland its a better environment employees are better..

I always can’t find what I need in this store.Yesterday I went in and was greeted by a worker. She asked what I needed and I told her. She ignored me until she assumed I was a secret shopper.Then she repeatedly focused her attention on me and kept asking me multiple times “Do you need help finding anything.”Honey. I already told you once and you act like you didn’t want to help me out the first time. Stop asking me multiple times.This was during the morning shift when the milk guy was there.She was too focused on the milk guy(the first time), she was too bothered to help me.I barely go to this store and I see why I don’t.Horrible customer service.
