DO NOT use this location, go to the store on McFarland. I have shipped with Mercari for years, using either USPS or FedEx. I have never has trouble with either, and always use the FedEx on McFarland. However I recently tried the 29th st location and they told me they could accept my FedEx package (with FedEx label, printed from Mercari, with instructions to go to Fed Ex store) and that I'd have to take it to the post office instead. She was utterly confused because the label also says USPS, then proceeded to argue with me. I left and went straight to my usual location, was in and out in 2 mins, no issues.

Today I went in to pick up a package that keep saying “ incorrect address or customer wasn’t there” never have anyone tried to get in contact with me they just kept trying deliver it three days straight.. I called 2 mayb 3 times to see what was going on but all they kept saying was it out for but never told me why it wasn’t delivered… after day 3 I asked can I just pick it up and they told me I can .. well today I went in to pick up and I ask the young lady light skin with I wanna say molds and braids in her hair why it could be delivered she say because they did have the code to my apartment complex and I ask why they kept trying to deliver it and waste my time from dec 26th-30th well long story short she get attitude as if I just can’t ask a question ! Quite frankly, I see why the reviews go bad

The FedEx I went to on 29th Street in Tuscaloosa. The rep at the front was awful. First she didn’t greet me when I walked in . Then instead of telling me to put my box on the scale she pointed to the scale as if I was a child. Next I gave her what Walmart had given me to give to them and she said so rudely. Idk what that at but u need a label on that. It wasn’t what she said it was how she said it. I don’t like rude workers. If you don’t like your job let someone who is willing to g to do it correctly and professional do it. So I left out. Vehicle outside I was talking about what had happened. So I went back and asked her what her name was she said I’m not telling you. But if you didn’t do anything wrong giving your name would not have been a problem. She just had attitude and she gone get one with the wrong one. Actually they should wear name tags.

Waited at home all day for an expensive package that I had to sign for. I saw the truck pull up to my building, but the driver never came to my door. Next thing I know the tracking updated to "we tried to deliver." Absolutely furious.

Everyone here should be fired. Driver passes my house every time a have a package and doesnt even stop and marks on it that they attempted deliver When they dont even stop the car. Multiple packages and they "attempt" to deliver it for 3 days until there system lets them bring it back to their store. So im not even able to pick up my packages for 3 extra days. Its freaking insane

One star doesn’t even begin to describe the quality of service here. I ordered a SIM card and phone, shipped through FedEx. The 29th street office here in Tuscaloosa refuses to deliver my package and refuses to let me pick it up at their location. They’ve also lied about previous delivery attempts. At best, the drivers are frustrated with their working conditions and need to strike or quit instead of taking their aggressions out on the customers. But it’s more likely my package has been stolen at the facility or from the truck. Good luck holding anyone accountable…

Story 1. FedEx failed to deliver a credit card from Citi bank.Story 2. FedEx failed to do a simple task -- to deliver a sim card from Mint Mobile.Story 3. FedEx was supposed to deliver a package shipped by TNT, but they didn't. FedEx claimed they had left a missed package label on the door, but I didn't find it. I went to this facility, and the girl at the counter was absolutely incompetent and unwilling to find the package for me. I had to call TNT twice for them to instruct her how to locate the package on a shelf.

How every boss and supervisor at this facility hasn't been fired long ago is beyond my comprehension. The problem is clearly THIS facility. I've lived everywhere, never seen a FedEx delivery operation so laughable as this one. It's shocking, really.

They gave my package to someone else and I had to sign for it, told them I would not be at home, but they let someone else sign it and it wasn't even my name, so I never got my package, the driver needs to be dismissed from, they didn't get with the driver and make her take them where she gave it to. This is so wrong. Very disappointed with FedEx, will never use them again, been getting a package every month for almost 2 years and they messed up big time this time.

If I could give negative stars I would. Employees are terrible. And refused to give me my package and told me that they would make sure I never got any of my packages and sent it back to The shipper without attempting delivery.

Conveniently located near Jason’s Deli between McFarland & Hargrove. Staff patient, friendly very helpful! offered suggestions i was unaware about & saved a. little money in process!
