They never deliver to me when it says out for delivery. Always a day or 2 later. Fed ex sucks

My wife’s medicine was to be delivered on Saturday but never made it. Today’s Monday and FedEx can’t locate it. It has not been scanned since Saturday. Completely incompetent.
