Thank you Camron. I hope this name is correct. He was working by himself today- Saturday, August 2nd. So patient even with line almost out door at times. Think someone had called in sick. Thank him again for me. He is a wonderful employee.

I went to FedEx for the first time to drop off a pre-paid return.
I had a label with only a barcode, and since I’d never shipped with FedEx before, I assumed it was meant to be scanned so they could print their own label—like they do at UPS. I even asked the employee at the desk if that was correct, because I wasn’t sure.
Even though he was smiling, the worker was immediately and passive-aggressively annoyed, making it clear he couldn’t do anything with what I’d brought.
It turns out the file wasn’t sent correctly and was partially cut off—definitely my mistake. But I genuinely can’t remember the last time, as an adult, that someone made me feel so stupid in a 20-second interaction.

I called corporate about the manager Mr. Robert. His customer service was TOP NOTCH AMAZING!!! I'm not sure if they will give him the message so THANK YOU MR. ROBERT. I came in 2/28 to pickup flyers and business cards. His excellent customer service is the sole reason I will keep coming back.

Spend $100 for blurry images and when I asked them if we can try and reprint
so it is not blurry he basically said you pay what you pay for and we print what you give us. Did not care. They don’t care won’t be returning.

Amy Assistant Manager at Fed on McFarland Tuscaloosa location was very unprofessional and Rude. I asked a question and she yelled at me and Alfred me to get in line !!!!! I understand jobs can be stress when u are all by your self, but I don’t think this unruly behavior was necessary. I will not go back in again

July 31, 2023, I took items to this FedEx shipping location on McFarland Blvd Tuscaloosa. I was greeted immediately by a man who was professionally dressed and who handled my shipping in such a courteous efficient manner. I could not have been more impressed.
