I deal with Kent most of the time. He's very knowledgeable and helpful. I've been helped by everyone else there also and they are all friendly people. I try to get my parts here first before trying anywhere else.

Broke down & Very busy shop woulda took 8 days just to change nox sensors and weld open oxygen sensor. They don’t weld here so 3rd party was needed for total of $5000. Called DIAMONDBACK FLEET SERVICES and got everything done for $700!! Posting this to save owner operators 💰cool people tho

I recently purchased some parts from the Tuscaloosa store and I was thoroughly pleased with the parts but even more so the service. Tonya was so helpful and knowledgeable. Kent has a nice setup and is devoted to getting your order right and delivered on time. Roger is a great go to and he's a Bama fan don't hurt either. Ronnie delivers those parts and always does it with a smile! Keep up the good job!
