Has some cleanliness issues, restroom facilities were atrocious, about every inche of the bar is sticky and coated with drink residue, crumbs, bits of paper etc.Staff is working hard, very attentive, and never stop moving. Me and my husband John got the B.Y.O.B , it was very delicious shout out to the cook and the rest of the establishment for having the order ready in a timely manner.

8 bucks for a Miller Lite in the bottle, fries so salty cant even eat them, one of the ladies in our group went to the restroom and refused to go in, said it was worse than the nastiest truck stop she has ever been in. Staff is awesome and the food is always fresh. Christina the bartender was super nice and attentive! It was saint Patty's day so we had an Irish car bomb ? 10/10 don't recommend lol but everything was great!!!

Before I write all this I will say the manager took care of it but I came here to say as soon as we walked in you can tell it was musky and dirty. They sat my husband and I in a corner around dirty tables, our shoes were sticky from walking on the floors. We waited over 45 mins for two appetizers so we asked for them to-go waited 15 minutes after that for it so we get up and wait by the door and the waitress brings us out two boxes. No bag, no plasticware. I felt like if you weren’t a regular or a man there you definitely were not a priority to the girls. But definitely need to clean the place up terribly dirty.

First visit to this location. Not overly impressed. Service was slow. Like slooooow. We waited almost 20 minutes for our order. It was wrong when it came to the table. We had ordered a platter of the original Hooters wings and got the “naked” version. Debated sending them back but really did not want to wait 20 more minutes for our food so we ate them. My husband asked for a fork three times before he finally got one. It was overall just poor service. We will probably try once more to see if it was just a bad night.

After being at the hunting cabin for 2 days deer hunting I was craving some hot wings, something cold to drink and I wanted to watch the second half of the Packers and SF game. I stopped by hooters in Tuscaloosa on my way home but decided to leave after being totally ignored by the staff. I totally understand if a restaurant is busy it can take time to be waited on but tonight was not one of those evenings for hooters. I came in and was not greeted at the door. They only had 3 or 4 tables with customers so I took a low top directly in front of the bar. After sitting at the brightly lit table for about 15 minutes, making direct eye contact with 2 wait staff that literally walked around me, I was not offered a menu or even greeted. I sat at the table while 3 wait staff stood at the bar literally 6 feet from my table and ignored me while talking to each other, counting tips at the pick up bar and chatting with the bartender. I read a few emails, sent off a few text and even read a news article about the border before I got tired of waiting on someone to take my order or even acknowledge my presence. I got up and asked the manager who was waiting the bar why none of his staff would wait on me. I got the I don’t know look so I left. I mean at least give me a menu, ask me if I would like something to drink or tell me that you will get to me shortly. I guess they are doing really well these days at hooters to be lucky enough to pick and choose which clients they want to serve. In their defense I am an old 6ft 240Ibs bald headed, gray bearded retired veteran that was wearing a Nine Line hoodie, shorts and crocks on a 23 degree Saturday night. But I do tip well…

We ordered the Daytona quesadillas and the hot boneless wings to go via door dash. The quesadillas were good but they were supposed to come with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and Daytona sauce. They came with nothing. Just plain. We requested blue cheese dipping sauce for the wings and didn't get that either.
