I was nervous going to a new salon away from home and not going to my old girl, but Kayley Utley has made sure I’ve been in good hands. She has done such a good job these past few months helping me continue my journey to becoming blonde and I am NEVER disappointed in the result. She genuinely cares about her clients hair more than anything and that’s what I love most about her. I would in full honesty suggest Kayley to anyone. So excited to continue my journey with her❤️

Kayley is so awesome and does an amazing job lightening my dark hair. She always makes sure I walk out happy and always makes my hair look awesome. If you need someone to work on dark hair she’s perfect!

Lexi M. Is my daughters stylist, she did her hair and makeup for her wedding and it was beautiful! Maddie also assisted her with hair and makeup for 9 bridesmaids as well as mine and the grooms mom. They did an outstanding job! So Professional and kind! I can’t recommend or say enough great things about them! Everyone looked amazing! Thank you ladies for doing such a great job!!

I would really give it zero if I could. I showed up before prom and my stylist was a no show. I waited an hour and then the girl couldn't finish my hair because I had to leave for prom. Then continued trying to charge me over 100 dollars for three curled pieces'. Really awful.

Image makers is my favorite salon in Tuscaloosa! I have been getting my lashes done there for over a year now by Logan and I leave pleased every time! I also get my hair done there too!! They are the sweetest girls! I highly recommend this salon to anyone from out of town or college girls!

I've been getting my nails done by Mavis, this summer. She makes an evening appointment for me.Unfortunately, the salon isn't open on weekends and the website wasn't easy to find the nail tech appointments.I got lucky because my supervisor is related to another staff member and she recommended Mavis. It's worked out nicely.

I CANNOT recommend Miss Cameron Smith enough!! She has been doing my hair extensions for a while now and I couldn’t be happier with the way my hair looks! I have been a consistent customer of image makers, and have been getting my eyelashes done from them for over a year now. They have always done amazing, but the last time I went to get my eyelashes done, I had an appointment for a fill in, and there was a new eyelash lady (I’m assuming she is new) and she took 3 hours to do a fill in on my eyelashes. No one has ever taken 3 hours to do my eyelashes before even for a full set it always takes at most 2 hours. The last at least 30 to 45 minutes of my appointment, I can literally feel her just brushing through my eyelashes, and I start to get irritated wondering why I’m still laying there if she’s done, my back hurts, and I have things to do, but I just let her do her thing. Once I get up to finally pay she tells me that she will be charging me for a full set instead of a fill in. She never told me that she would be up charging me for a full set until AFTER she was done doing my eyelashes. This is a huge issue to me and extremely infuriating. I had to spend the last of my money on these eyelashes, and I feel completely scammed. She was just brushing through my eyelashes for an extra 30 to 45 minutes im guessing so that she would be able to charge me for a full set by saying I took 3 hours of her time. It’s fine if it takes her 2 to 3 hours for a fill in if she is new I understand that. But I shouldn’t be charged for her time when she is the one still learning and for her to not tell me she would be charging me WAY more than I anticipated until AFTER my eyelashes are done is outrageous and after all of my great experiences with my old lash tech at image makers, I will never be going back there because of this. Let me just add this made me cry for a week straight because I had no money left after this. I should’ve spoke up when she charged me, but I would have burst into tears. I cried as soon as I opened the door to walk out. Horrible experience.
