“As we all know, right now is a very stressful time. In particular for the service industry. I bartend for a local restaurant and we are having to limit business to to-go curbside pickup. This afternoon I recieved an online order for this office. Got it ready and Kevin came to pick it up. Now, Kevin didn't realize that a tip had not been left and (with our system) that he couldn't add it to the CC purchase after. He was apologetic TO ME.A short time later I answered a call just thinking it was another to-go. But, no, it was another member of the office. (I wish I had caught her name, she was amazingly nice!) Anyway, she was calling to tell me she was outside and had returned with a tip for me. She had driven back downtown, just to bring this to me.The tip itself was more than I would have ever expected. But that's not what made me smile. These are just good people looking out for others in their community during a difficult time.There is NO DOUBT in my mind that the people in this office care about the people they deal with. If they went through this amount of effort to make a to-go server smile; just think of the lengths they will go to for their clients. Not only does this agency deserve all the success in the world, but also the individuals that make up this office.
