“Our daughter is away at college and her phone died, and she needed a new one Right away. We are out of state and not able to help her. We called Customer service and had her added to our account so she could go into the store to get a new phone. This was very stressful for us and our daughter. An amazing employee Chandler helped our daughter and talked on the phone to us to help us find the best phone for her.. He was so polite to us and helped our daughter get everything solved and her new phone up and running within about an hour. We were very impressed by his kind Customer service he showed us. We were very impressed. We hope you recognize him.”
