I have been VERY satisfied with my customer service experience at Kicker Road Self Storage. The manager, I think his name is Bruce, was very responsive to our questions and concerns and seems to be a very honest person looking to help his customers.They recently expanded their climate controlled indoor storage and this worked out perfectly for my child who is a student at University of Alabama and needed storage for the summer.The place is clean, and they are very concerned with the security of your belongings. They have fences, keypad access and they have put up security cameras everywhere. They are very close to the UA campus so it was only about a 5 minute drive to move things back and forth. Pricing was very reasonable and they even prorated the move out month in August for the college students. Most places make you pay the whole month! Payment was easy and I was able to set up online service to automatically charge my monthly rental to my credit card.I highly recommend Kicker Road Self Storage. Thank you Bruce!

I used this company for 2 years while I lived in Tuscaloosa. They are always super nice and the facility is always clean and completely secure. I would absolutely use them again if I ever come back to town.

Had a unit rented for about 2 years, the facility is always clean, very secure, and the owners are friendly and very kind.Much better than the alternatives around ttown, trust me, I looked at them all.

This place is great! I've stored with them for commercial use for like 4 years. The property is clean, manager is always helpful, and I never have issues. If they have availability, you should use this place!

Great storage unit facility with superior customer service and prices! Brand new facility with clean units and a multi-layer security system that ensures your items are safely stowed. This includes limited after hours access, cameras in and out of buildings, door codes, lighting, and perimeter fencing. Pricing is very reasonable for climate controlled units. The owner, Bruce, and his wife do an exceptional job with providing customers fluid communication and peace of mind for their items in storage. Highly recommend!
