I have tried to call this location on yesterday (4/17/23) a couple of times, while leaving a message with the answering service, with no one returning my call. I called earlier this morning (4/18/23), from 9am to 9:43am, with no one answering the phones. This is not good for business and it makes me wonder if I am having these issues in the beginning, what am I to expect if I were to utilize your establishment.

MMS-South location. Unit was a full of bugs and leaves so we swept and sprayed a small can of fogger. Cancellation has been difficult because they do not answer their phones nor do they have voicemail set up. Multiple emails go unanswered and we still receive invoices even though we have emptied and vacated the unit and left the unit in better condition than we found it. I'll update my post if they ever respond. Unit itself was priced fairly for a non-climate controlled unit with minimal security.

Horrendous customer service. I drove 5 hours to come get the rest of my stuff out of storage, and when I got here the gate that I was told was always open, was indeed closed and the code they gave me wasn’t working. We called them for three hours straight and we got no answer. I also tried emailing both locations several times, no answer. We’ve waited for 3 hours in the Alabama heat and we’ve had enough. This is a SCAM if I’ve ever seen one.

Been trying to pay my storage online will not work. OUT of town and tried to pay via phone no response for six days. Moving from here to a reliable storage facility

Will never again use this storage unit place again. My unit was securely locked before I left out of the state. I came back three months later (August 2019) to see that my storage unit was still securely locked but upon opening it revealed my things had been broken, boxes being ripped apart, and things being stolen. The man over the stoage unit had no sympthany and did not apolgize for what had happen and only kept showing where in the application it states that they are not responsible for anything. The police were called and a statement was taking for them to investigate. We were told prior to filing out an application that there were cameras on each row, but when this situation took place, suddenly, cameras only existed at the entrance of the building. This expereince has made me never want to use a storage unit again. Horrible experience and a waste of money. I still believe to this day that this was an inside job considering the fact there was absolutely nothing wrong with my lock.
