The service was not up to the standard I have received in other branches of this store. I tried to inquire about specific items needed for a wedding but did not receive much help. The store was clean and well organized so I was able to help my self.

The store manager (I believe his name is Michael) was EXTREMELY RUDE and difficult to work with! He was trying to assist us in fitting one of our out of state groomsmen and he made it seem as if it was the most difficult task he’d ever done! He spoke in such a degrading a rude way! We do not recommend this LOCATION AT ALL!

Honestly, I would like to give this store a 3.5 star, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I've been to this store a couple of times, and the staff is hit or miss. The best time I have been in was when the district manager was visiting. None of the normal staff helped me, but the district manager went above and beyond. Other than the customer service, the store looks like a normal men's warehouse, but in a less convenient place to get to.

Yesterday, my family and I had one of the worst experiences at the Tuscaloosa Men's Wearhouse location we have ever had. Sadly we did not get the "gentleman's" name however it would have been easily forgotten if we had. If you would like to be spoken to in a condescending tone or if you would like to work with someone who will suck the excitement out of whatever event you are planning for then this location is the spot for you. Not only was he rude to my mother but also spoke to both of us like we had no idea what we were doing. We asked simple questions and with each answer and facial expression we received he seemed more and more bored to help us find the perfect suit. If helping someone plan a wedding isn't what you want to do when you clock in then you look into other lines of work. Indeed is a great option and I would have been more then happy to help him sign up for an account. Avoid this location.

We were so excited to find a tux for my son and his groomsmen only to find a condescending employee. Even the simplest questions seemed to be.a waste of time for him. I have always tried to be understanding if someone else was having a hard day, but his privileged personality was a shame. We have used a men’s warehouse in Charlotte Nc and loved to order my sons clothes from there, so this was very disappointing. My young daughter stated she felt “he just wanted to be done and over with us”. What a missed opportunity for a beautiful memory.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. This was The WORST experience and WORST customer service I’ve dealt with. Went in months before our wedding to set up the men’s tuxes.. when we went in we brought a color swatch to match the ties/bow ties to the bridesmaid dresses. I was told they would be the perfect match. Fast forward to wedding week, a groomsmen called my husband and I and told us he received his tux. I asked to see the bow tie. They gave us an ugly BROWN color.. mind you the dress color was terracotta (rust orange). So it did NOT match. After talking to multiple rude employees, and the EXTREMELY RUDE manager I was told they did not carry a color to “match” our bridesmaid dresses (This was 4 days before the wedding.)… I was recommended to order ties/bow ties that matched the suits.. I said ok because we needed something. The manager said they would look GREAT.Another day went by and more groomsmen went to pick up their tuxes. 3-4 tuxes were SHORT. They went up to their calves. They fixed a couple in store.. cool not that big of a deal right?Another day went by, TWO DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING… my now husband went to pick up his tux and the new “matching” ties. His tux was short. The ties and the bow ties did not match each other NOR did they match the suits as I was told. The ties were shiny silver gray, the bow ties had POLKA DOTS and were gray. AND then the guy at the front desk tried charging my husband ANOTHER $250 after he was already paid in full.. just overall awful customer service.To end the mess, we ended up ordering matching ties/bow ties on Amazon that matched better than any of the options men’s warehouse gave us. We were not offered any refunds or anything for the awful experience we went through.I do NOT recommend dealing with these people. I do recommend a new staff, manager included.

Excellent service! Took my teenage son there to be fitted for a tux rental. He was nervous but they quickly put him at ease. His tux was delivered promptly and fit perfectly. I cannot say enough about the wonderful service that we received!

Didn’t really receive any help at all. I expected to at least try something on. I was told I needed to come back when it was closer to my wedding date. Was treated like a toddler granted I don’t have much experience in suits or tux’s but I would have at least wanted to try something on. Just was shown some pics and rushed out the door. While the manager I guess stared at himself in the mirror like a Batman villain. Staff seemed under educated or clueless in customer service. I wasn’t there to rent a tux I wanted to buy. There was clearly tux’s there. But was told I needed to order a tux to try it on and no tux’s were there. Not sure if this is helpful to anyone but I don’t recommend coming here. I felt uncomfortable and insulted.

Went in on 11/7. Lady was arguing with a customer on the phone. I was standing at the counter and when she got off the phone I asked for some help. She did not respond. About 30 seconds passed while she texted on her phone. She eventually passive aggressively asked me “ what do you need “. I told her I will go somewhere else if it is a problem to help a customer. I left. I suggest you don’t waste your time stopping here.

If you can find somewhere else to rent for weddings or events I highly recommend you don’t go to men’s warehouse. The one and only event that is once in a lifetime is seeing your brother getting married, However they didn’t seem to care about the lack of communication and only made excuses about what was wrong and basically told me it was because of my size that they ordered something else. I have wore vests at every event being the same build and size never have I ever had to wear a Bibb, but they ordered a Bibb. The whole wedding party had vests instead of me. I’m sure for some it wouldn’t matter but this was a big day for me seeing my brother saying I do but the anxiety and stress this place put on the wedding party wasn’t ok at all. We had to delay the wedding an hour because they left out one of the groomsmen’s pants when they had to resize his shirt because they didn’t get his measurements right. Needless to say I was the odd man out with the groomsmen including the Groom, missed photo opportunities because of this as well. Unsatisfied isn’t even good enough for this experience. There are some great people who work at this location but when you are upset about things being wrong for your brothers wedding and the answer you get was “sounds like someone over reacted” isn’t acceptable. I don’t understand why they would be rude while I’m communicating a problem and was just asking for a fix. Wouldn’t even apologize for not communicating the changes and never mentioning it. Would not recommend.

If you can go somewhere else, please do, unless you want to be talked down to like a child. The store was busy but when I went up to the counter to just say what I needed the employee (green lacrosse shirt on 10/09) laughed in my face and in a raised voice said “yeah, I’m kind of doing something here.” I was taken aback by the tone of his voice so I stood there for a second processing and he laughed at me again, scoffed, made a face and then said repeated himself all the same manner. I’ve worked in customer service before and I couldn’t imagine speaking to someone I know, let alone a stranger like that. Even my girlfriend was surprised… Busy doesn’t mean you forget to do the absolute bare minimum of your job. If this wasn’t the only location within reasonable driving distance, I would’ve left that second.

If I could give negative stars I would.. absolutely incompetent idiots.. it’s like 19 year old college students who can barely read a tale let alone understand how to properly size and fit you.. I rented a tux from here (put a deposit in and ordered it a month ago) 2 weeks ago I get the text that my tux is ready, I show up and the pants are (IM NOT KIDDING) 6 inches short.. so they say they’ll handle it and call me in a few days.. they call me today to let me know it’s ready and I drive way out of my way to come pick it up.. I verify that they’ll be there until 9 because I work late and had to go out of my way(mind you the rehearsal is tomorrow wedding Saturday)…I get there 10 minutes before close to literally just pickup a tux, swipe a card and leave.. they tell me the computers are shut down and they won’t boot them back up.. (mind you I called!) I mention that I called and they began to backpedal and get rude as hell” maybe you shouldn’t have shown up 10 minutes before we closed”.... all this to say… go somewhere else! I’d recommend JOS A BANK it’s with the money and they actually know what they’re doing.. (only reason I came here is bc I’m in the wedding and the groom chose a suit here).. I’m hoping management sees this.. you have a problem when hiring these incompetent little kids that are disrespectful.. I’m currently driving an hour back home because they wouldn’t let me pick it up.
