Tuscaloosa wireless is the best place to get your phone fixed. I broke my iPhone 10 and they were able to fix the screen on my phone within an hour. They were also so generous that they took the extra step to put a screen saver on my phone because they I told them how I drop my phone a lot. They gave me a discount on a really good case and they called me a few days later and checked on me to see how my phone was and that it was still working. They also fix the charging ports and sell batteries so if you have any issue I highly recommend coming here to get it fix!!

When they say they have the phone you need and then they say no when you get there, after driving a long way to get there, the customer is always wrong to them. Don't go to this store or the Northport store either.

15th street location, Very poor service, I went in to get a boot loop problem fixed on my phone and explained very thoroughly what was wrong and how to fix it, even going as far as to say that if I had the time and tools available I would have fixed it myself. The whole time I am explaining the issue I am getting these blank stares as if I am trying to am trying to explain the Spanish Inquisition to a first grader. Listen I understand that there are different roles in a store like this, the guys in the front who can turn a phone on and off, and tell you which case will match your eyes, and the technician in the back which handles the actual software, firmware, or hardware issue but when the technician has no idea what your saying and just keeps repeating "factory reset" there is definitely an issue with one's credibility. I left my phone there for a week only to call and find out they had not even touched my phone and started giving me the runaround saying, ten minutes, we'll call you, and "I don't think a factory reset was the issue"... needless to say, they are a poor excuse for a phone repair. If you want to buy a case or a mini bike(for whatever reason) go there, but if you have an actual problem concerning your phone there's a great place off the UA strip.

What can I say....it is one of those cell stores ran by foreigners. Communication problem as well as service quality needs more work than they realize. Period!
