“I adopted a neglected little terrified dog they had rescued. In just 3 weeks he has become a fabulous little guy and he has discovered his voice. I am thankful for the service the shelter provides. Zaxby aka Robert wasn't recognizable as a dog when they rescued him. He is one handsome little fellow now. Blessing on all who give their time and love to little ones who can't care for themselves. I was impressed with the staff and the facility. God bless the beasts and children. I will post pictures later.”
“The friendliest most helpful staff. They always greet you upon entering and willing to help customers with a smile. I'm super happy that we have a Tractor Supply down 69S.”
“Helpful staff and good prices for cat litter. OTC meds 2-3$ more expensive than Amazon but it's worth it since larger shipments have better temperature control than cube trucks.”
“I just want to leave this review we are getting a axolotl from sounds fishy aquatic and exotic. Brandon there was absolutely wonderful (I called looking for a specific part they would not carry) but he still gave me some amazing insights to where I happen to mention river rocks we wanted to put in the tank I was just going to soak in the water along with the stuff that would be in the tank where be said you can heat oven at your LOWEST temp OR boil to make sure they thoroughly have been desanitized at the best (then do the soak once they have cooled) and even though I was told about the Temps axolotls live in he wanted to double check that we did know (they love to be very cold or survival can not happen) and also has known Chris who works some at sounds fishy for 15yrs and said if he says one thing he would trust his advice as he has had them for a long time. I was extremely happy when I got off the phone and he was VERY HELPFUL to some things I did not know. YOU deserve a raise now! Honestly every time I have ever come in to pet supplies the customer service is always 100% on key. Pet supplies your employees should get a raise now. They really help your business stay alive!”
