It is so clean. It is one of the very best planes that they go above and beyond for their chart guests

My experience at this (and most) publix stores in the Tuscaloosa area are usually hit or miss. This was very big miss. My cashier Ramsey did not greet me or say anything to me other than my total during my entire interaction with her. She did tell me to “enjoy the rest of my night” after seeing the look on my face, as I was gathering my bags to walk off which at that point the interaction was over. She proceeds to greet the next customer with the biggest smile lol…do better.

This pharmacy is the best one I've been to in all my years. We should give these people raises.

They always have fresh foods. The fried chicken and rotisserie chicken is the best.

I love shopping at Publix Pharmacy at the Shoppes of Lake Tuscaloosa. The store is always very clean and well stocked. Plus the workers are always polite and helpful. They always greet me with a smile on their face.

After several years, I've come to realize the employees at this location have a very minimal sense personal space or common sense. They will literally try to sweep under your feet or stand in the middle of a checkout lane while you try to load the conveyer belt. Surprisingly, it's usually the same young male with glasses. Clearly there's a learning curve. Additionally, it's absolutely absurd how high Publix has the audacity to raise prices and then label something buy one get one free. In no other store in this city will you find 2 liters for $4.00-$5.00 individually. I guess it's a good thing for this location that there really isn't another grocery option for 10-15 minutes. I would also forgo asking the bakery for anything unless you have to, because they will act like you are a nuisance.
