I do not recommend this car lot by any means... We purchased a vehicle from them months ago and it has been in their shop more than we have driven it. We had the warranty and they wanted ** to pay the sales tax and wouldn't make things right. They replaced the motor, the transmission and knew the transfer case was bad and waited until the warranty was up instead of replacing it WHILE IT WAS ALREADY IN THE ****** Most vehicles they've sold within a week or two we've seen in the shop!!! Today I am 6weeks pregnant and had to be towed home and haven't had the vehicle even a year!! And the managers won't give you rentals or help in any way!!! Do NOT shop here!!!

I arrived from Europe and visited many dealers in Vancouver. I bought my Mercedes here and till now I'm very satisfied from there service and my ML-500! The place gives a good feeling. The cars are clean and in good condition.

Bought my car last week and was very pleased with my purchase. I dealt with Mitch and Harp who was my salesman who made it a fun and enjoyable experience. Great customer service!!! They really care about helping customers, I have been to many dealership and I found there's no great place like Real Deal Motors located at Fleetwood Dr, Surrey, BC Canada. I was on my travel trip from USA to Canada and my cousin took me there to buy a Mercedes-Benz GL350. This was his second time purchasing a car from Real Deal Motors. I liked that the Sale rep HARP remembered my cousin's name and details about his visit. HARP really takes his time
