“Excellent! Would use again!My UA son and I used Blue Sky Storage - Hillcrest when we needed to store his stuff between apartment leases. While it's a little outside of Tuscaloosa, it's easy to get to and available early/late hours with a code to the gate. The facility was clean and safe and easy to navigate. The leasing agent was nice and helpful.(FYI, there are two Blue Sky facilities on Greensboro road. Both are nice).”

“The online check-in process was very simple and convenient. However, locating my unit proved a bit challenging. The climate-controlled units are not situated near the office, which was closed at the time, and the map provided did not clearly indicate that the units were on 10th Street rather than at 949 31st Street.
That said, the customer service I received was excellent. The two ladies I spoke with were extremely helpful, and Ms. Honey went above and beyond to ensure I had the correct information. I would recommend updating the location details so that, in cases where the office team is unavailable, customers can still access all the necessary information with ease.”
