I went in and paid for $80 worth of premium fuel whilst utilizing my fuel rewards benefit for a deduction of $.40/gal. The attendant took the payment and change the greed from premium to regular so when I went to go pump the gas it told me to choose a different three when I chose premium went back inside and then the attendant said oh I’m sorry I’m trying to avoid a bunch of stuttering. I did not assist with nothing made me lose my $.40 per gallon Benefit and then refunded me 57 something saying that was the price change after shell took for the 20 gallons maximum you can receive under the rewards program. I received no fuel and no refund in regards to the loss of my benefits.

Looks brand new, nicest gas station in Tuscaloosa. 10+ slushy flavors, several coffees, and a large selection of food and cooler items. Half the time the coupons they advertise in the store won't work and they don't care to make them work. Most of the new employees have an attitude and horrible customer service

A large gas station with multiple pumps. This gas station also has a big convenience store. There is also a pharmacy in the same facility. The pharmacy is closed on Sundays. The has station also has a windshield viper at every pump.

24/7 should mean "24/7," not "well, when we feel like it, we're gonna post a sign on the door that says 'we're closed for now,' even though it's a college town, and Cook Out and Wendy's are still doing a lot of business, so it's possibly gonna be inconvenient for you, but we're still gonna claim 24/7."
