Walked in, 3 employees, 1 helping a customer I assumed. The other 2 looked at each other a few times then finally 1 asked "what we needed", I told her internet, she looked up our address and stated only lite was available for us. I told her I spoke with a man on the phone and he stated what was offered would work 62 devices and for me to come in, they could program the box where all I would need to do is plug it in, she said no. I am disabled, hard for me to go anywhere. Really disappointing being given false information.

I lost my sim card and told them I want to keep my number and they sold me a SIM card. They activated another number. ??

service is great. i enjoy using t mobile. but when i signed up they told me one phone would be absolutely free with a trade in. the team member that signed me messed up somehow and i didn't realize it for a couple months meaning i was over charged for 2 or 3 months. customer service was amazing and tried to fix it as good as possible but it still irritates me that it happens. i was told my bill would be $180 and it's always been $197. and YES i asked if the $180 included the tax and all the stuff.

Great store. Staff was polite and quick to help. Brianna helped us with our service adjustments and then helped us with new phones walked us through the whole process and made sure phones were working perfectly before we left. Highly recommend going to this location.

ive been to a lot of cities and visited a lot of retail establishments this store at 1413 McFarland Blvd is by far the absolute worst! The level of unprofessional is beyond ridiculous. The lack of concern and knowledge of products sold did not help. And once the employee created a problem the manner in which management handled it was just as bad if not worse. The profanity that was being used while helping me from the employee and Mgr were offensive and embarrassing. I as a first time customer was not treated in a manner that represented the company at all. Even while waiting I observed others leaving out saying that they felt that they were not being helped the employee continued to look everywhere except at the customer. Red Flag! I should have left. I strongly suggest another store! Definitely not the one at 1413 McFarland I spent 2 days 10-7pm and problem not resolved!! Worst experience of my life!! Check out the other reviews! Rude and very offensive Mgr Anthony Rude offensive Asst Mgr Demecia that offered me weed to calm down and Brianna the employee that's always in a hurry to mess up whose every other word is profanity and lack of knowledge of the products is surely Not TMobiles idea of Great Employee

My sister needed her PIN in order to transfer her phone line to my AT&T account. The store rep had her call 611 and speak with a representative who asked for her PIN. Duh. Another rep tried to assist. The first rep kept asking my sister for her phone number. The second rep said that their computers were down so we left after wasting an hour of our time. Why couldn't T-Mobile give my sister her PIN when she had her phone and driver's license? How do customers retrieve their PIN if they've forgotten it?
