Tidwell did a great job with my bumper and tailgate after getting rear ended, looks brand new. My car looks great, Tidwell was super friendly and easy to work with, and my car was ready way quicker than any of the other shops that I talked to said they could. Definitely would recommend.

I hired them to paint the top and back of my car a few years back. During that time there were some complications which was frustrating but thank God my car was finished on time however recently I noticed that they never fixed the surface rust on my car and instead just painted right over it. The rusts is starting surface under the paint like cancer. As professionals shouldn’t you threat the rusts before painting? I would never use this business again or recommend them to anyone. Shame on you. You really need Jesus.

I LOVE this place and the people. This is by far the best car company that I have ever worked with. They are quick to respond, value your time and business, and do a phenomenon job in a timely manner. I have worked with them multiple times.The first time, they worked overtime and after hours on my car so that I could drive to Dallas in time for my event. In addition, they were kind enough to drive me to a rental car place and they stayed there until they knew that everything was handled properly and I received a rental car. The second time, they fixed my car within two days so that I could have it before the weekend.They truly care about their customers and will doing everything in their power to help you. I don’t have the words to describe how wonderful this shop is! The customer is always first, and Jassen , the owner, will make sure of that. His many years in the body shop business has produced the best shop in the Tuscaloosa area. Highly recommended!
