“After an absolutely terrible experience with the U-Haul off Buttermilk road, in Cottondale, who installed a defective Curt trailer hitch that they refused to replace with one that would work, a very helpful man at the Skyland location removed it and replaced it with one that did work. I hate I can't remember his name, so I could give him credit for listening to me, instead of brushing me off like the man from the other U-Haul, and for helping me out so that I would have a working trailer hitch, rather than a non working defective one.”
