“Top of the line professionals. The Tuscaloosa staff will follow through with any issues until the problem is resolved. They are number one in my experience with them. I highly recommend them”

“After an absolutely terrible experience with the U-Haul off Buttermilk road, in Cottondale, who installed a defective Curt trailer hitch that they refused to replace with one that would work, a very helpful man at the Skyland location removed it and replaced it with one that did work. I hate I can't remember his name, so I could give him credit for listening to me, instead of brushing me off like the man from the other U-Haul, and for helping me out so that I would have a working trailer hitch, rather than a non working defective one.”

“I rented a 5x8 trailer at a different Uhaul location, but the lights were not working. So I brought it to the Uhaul Skyline location, where the manager (forgot his name) immediately came out and took a look at it. He determined the trailer wasn't getting power, but needed to have the electrician, Ryan, check it out. The next morning I brought it in and Ryan immediately checked it out and found that the car was missing several relay switches needed to power the trailer lights. Ryan is a true professional- he found the problem quickly! And they didn't charge me! I really appreciate the great service - especially since I was driving to California - Thank you ! Mike”

“We rented a large cargo van at the Tuscaloosa location to move our daughter into an apartment. Service was outstanding, from reservation to turn in. The van was clean and ready on time. It had a good AC system - important for summer moves. Two thumbs up!”
