Don't bother trying to get help from them. I just spent 12 minutes on hold to get transferred to another line that had me on hold for another 17 minutes before I decided to give up. This would be understandable if it wasn't literally every time I call them. Half of the time they can't even answer your questions properly when they do finally answer.

your bank charges you on top of the atm fee if you swipe your debit or credit card at any non trustmark atm. This wouldn't be a huge issue if their atms werent ALWAYS “temporarily†unavailable. I haven't had any good encounters with this bank since I've encountered them 2 years ago. Very sad excuse for a bank.
