Recently, I experienced the worst customer service at Tuscaloosa VA Federal Credit Union (VA Site). I’m still waiting for a card that was supposedly requested 1month ago.The staff will not return phone calls to follow-up with issues, and avoid “speaking“ with you to address problems. Prior to 2023, and for 30 years, I bragged about the wonderful staff, and exceptional customer service I received. However, the current employees (tellers, card services staff, etc.) are unprofessional, and seem to have poor communication skills and work ethics. Mr. CEO and COO, please review the daily operations, and work processes at your financial institution.
