“On April 27th, 2025 my sister and I were driving on I-59S when we were involved in an accident. We were taken to the hospital and the state Trooper said that Jeff's towing picked up my truck....once we were checked out, we took an Uber to check out the car. He was technically closed but he allowed us to get what we could out of the truck. It was a rental and the back end was loaded with stuff. He said if we could not fi d a big enough car he would hold out stuff until we could come back and get them. He then gave us a ride to to the rental place....once we got a vehicle we went back over to his place and he and one his guys helped us go through our stuff to see what was salvageable. He through what was not in his dumpster. LATER he called us to see how we were doing on the last leg of our trip home. I don't think that I have ever had someone who didn't know me at all show so much compassion. He is an amazing person and I am so glad he was there when we needed him.”
