“Absolutely amazed by the customer service at this store. They have gained two customers for life even though they are over 4 hours away from home. Denai McGowan was an absolute life saver and was able to come to a solution to a problem I had as a result of another Reed's location. Susan Elam was there when we came it to pick the ring back up and she made us feel welcome and went well above and beyond to try and make right what the other Reed's location did to our opinion of Reeds in general. Like I said earlier they gained our business for life and I will be referring them to everyone I know. The story of how we ended up at the Tuscaloosa Reed's from the Dothan, AL area. Back in August of this year I was given the most gorgeous engagement ring I have ever seen. After wearing it for 2 weeks due to the sizing being so small it caused a stress point that eventually broke. We took the ring back to the Reeds he purchased it at and had the ring repaired. But upon getting it back I was still unsatisfied due to the ring not fitting and still being too large along with some other flaws I noticed on the ring. This location told me it was in my head and I just needed to wear it for a while and if still not satisfied I could bring back to have murphy beads placed in it. I was working in Tuscaloosa the next week and decided I would take to that location and see if they had any alternative of options or if they would tell me the same. After explaining the broken ring, the anxiety that it would happen again, the badly misshapen ring, and looking for other options besides the murphy beads. Denai immediately offered to reach out to the custom design team to see if they could just make the exact ring I wanted in a size 5 1/2 instead of resizing a 7 to the 5 1/2. She explained that it may cost a little bit more but she should hear back in about 3-5 days. I said perfect and left the ring there praying they would say yes. Well that following Tuesday she called and let me know they agreed to do it and even better would not cost me additional money to have it done!!! This is what I needed the other store to look into and know to do it but they did not. I am so grateful that I was working in Tuscaloosa that week and decided to stop in and see if they could help. Otherwise I feel like I would have been stuck with a ring that I was highly disappointed in. Everyone in that store we encountered from dropping the ring off and when picking it up was absolutely amazing and made us feel welcomed and not crazy for the insane and crazy story that happened with my ring. Thank you all for being so amazing and keep up the amazing work yall are doing!!!!!!!”
