You get here and find out the doors are locked one hour before closing time due to Covid. There is limited seating in the building to practice social distancing. I tried calling the listed phone number on google before coming and no one answered. Also, the staff has a hour long lunch and you can't come in during that time. There are black curtains covering the window and you won't be able to see inside. The place is behind a doctor's office. Be sure to bring bottled water, sunscreen, snacks if you show up around 11:30 a.m. You may be waiting an hour or longer. Also, be prepared to sit in your car for some shade because you will have to stand outside in the sun until the staff let you in. I give this place a two for attempting to be safety conscious with social distancing and attempting to follow government guidelines. You can make friends with the long line of people that have to stand outside with you. Knocking on the door will not do any good since no one inside the building will answer you. Eventually, an employee came to the door and said there is one doctor doing physical exams and drug tests. Also, the employee said to come back at 1:30 p.m even though I had been standing outside at 11:30 a.m. I also found out the staff does not book appointments and only accepts people who walk in on a first come, first serve basis. A person who needed a physical exam done standing in line was told to come back at 2:00 p.m. Here's what I found out when I was let in on the side of the building at 1:30 p.m:
An employee will want your epasts which is a document your employer gives you about your required drug screening. You can upload the epass on your phone if you don't want to print it out. Don't type the barcode off the epass into the computer you see on the counter. One of the employees will come wipe off the keyboard and mouse you touched with cleaning products. Let an employee input this data for you. Put your purse on the counter so it's not touching other items when an employee tells you to. In fact, just stand still and don't touch anything unless an employee instructs you to. Otherwise, an employee will come wipe off whatever you just touched and say a negative statement about you touching the object. You will be given a plastic cup and verbally told to meet a required line on the cup. Also, the employee will verbally tell you not to flush the toilet and will point to the sign in black bold letters saying not to flush the toilet to emphasize directions you just heard. You will also be told to put the cup on the tank of the toilet when you are done. Wash your hands before going into the bathroom and after you are done. An employee will grab your cup off the toilet and inspect it to see if you met requirements. The best way to meet the requirements is drink lots of fluids before the test. The employee will inform you that you may have to come back the next day if you don't meet the requirements. It takes a whole day for the results to be processed. You will be asked to sign your name electronically on a pad next to the computer. An employee will tell you not to click the pen you are holding. Make sure you do not click the pen out of habit. You will be told not to click it again. Put it down where instructed and leave out the side door. The front doors appear to be unlocked for people around 2 p.m. Don't have any doctor appointments, family obligations or work appointments to meet when you come here. It's best to pick a day you have nothing scheduled to come here because you may be here a very long time waiting to get your drug test or physical exam done. Book a hotel overnight if you had to drive beyond a forty mile radius to save yourself from driving back in case you didn't meet testing requirements. Be sure you have two days of vacation or two days of free time centered around getting what you need done here if you are driving from a long distance. Also, you must be accommodating for the hour long lunch of the doctor and staff because your days plans is n

Tried to set up a pre-employment drug screening; the lady was very rude because they are closing early. I’m local to the area; needed a drug screen for a job in auburn; the HR lady told me to call her when I get there but I figured I would call first. I called at 2:13PM and they close at 3PM. She was worried that I “wouldn’t have to go” and they would have to wait. Told her it’s a good thing I had to go. Then she asked if I was part of the second chance program; I Told her don’t know what that is I’m just trying to do a pre employment screening but obviously this place is not the place to go. Smh.
