Awful customer service, just came in to bring an old router (was mailed a new one) and was told by an employee to take it to the UPS store to ship it to them (as I was already standing in the store). I understand times can be busy, but nobody appreciates or deserves rude/service no matter where they go. Do better.

I’d give a 0 if I could. They Canceled my service 3x without authorization (with a credit on my account-just out of the blue stops working) ) then tried to sell me new services -to their advantage. happened 3x. Will never use again

The worst internet provider available. There are much better options that are cheaper, do NOT use Xfinity. Trust me, you will regret signing up for Xfinity. Their customer service is even worse than their internet service. The funniest part of my experience was when they charged me for the month, and then tried selling me a hotspot line while the service I was calling about hasn’t worked in over a week. Laughable. This is after 5 days of trying to speak with a real person instead of an AI bot. The real person also barely spoke English.

I am writing to express my utter frustration and disappointment with Xfinity Mobile’s customer service. As a loyal customer of 11 years and a Platinum member, I expected better treatment than the appalling service I’ve received.
A representative blatantly lied to me to make a sale. I have called multiple times regarding the phone I was promised, but to this day, I have not received it. Each time I call, I am met with dismissiveness and excuses. Whenever I request to speak with a supervisor, I am given the runaround, which only adds to my frustration.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially for someone who has supported your business for over a decade. Xfinity’s deceptive practices and lack of accountability have made me question why I remain a customer at all.
Unless this issue is resolved immediately, I will seriously consider ending my relationship with Xfinity and advising others to avoid your services entirely. I demand a resolution to this matter and expect to hear from someone who is actually empowered to help.

I signed in at the front desk and waited in the waiting area. Half an hour later, I checked with the front desk to see where I was on the list. I was told there was one person ahead of me.
At that moment, two staff members were available. I chose a spot close to one and kept my eye on the other (who I later learned was the manager) so I would know immediately when either of them called my name. I had already been there for an hour and wanted to get through this as soon as possible. Over the next half hour, I noticed customers who had signed in after me were being called, but I wasn’t.
I went back to the front desk, and they told me my name had been marked off the waiting list. I asked why, and they didn’t know. We went to the manager to find out. The manager said he had marked my name off because he called me.
**Excuse me!** I kept both eyes on you and watched you help each customer from start to finish. I clearly heard every name you called—except mine!
I was told my turn was gone and that I would have to check in again. The hour I spent waiting didn’t count, and now I would have to wait yet another hour!
So glad I canceled Xfinity service—I'll never need to go back again!

I came in a few days ago trying to get service Erika F. helped me it was fast and she was nice. Even was able to tell me about past promotions. They are trying to upgrade the store and I can tell good job

Disconnected service and they continued to charge for services we did not have for 8 months! Called multiple times and went to the store 9 times and they never corrected the issue! Terrible customer service and WiFi never works!! Crooks!

Man this place is the worse. They never have staff (high turnover rate), then all the staff is new so they don’t know how to do anything that you need done. It’s so frustrating.
