Not the best. Engine light came on immediately after leaving and I took it back to check it and they found nothing and then it came on again on the way home. I felt like the finance manager was sneaky and tried to charge me for a warranty that I didn’t ask for. It took a long time and I ah to stay there over three hours. Not a good experience. Salesperson was very nice and seemed helpful but everything else was an experience I would rather not go through again.

Steer clear of this stealership. Franchise gimmick add ons, multiple Turn Overs to try and confuse the buyer, and many more predatory practices. Don't let your family or friends get ripped by these poor excuse for humans. The service department also plays the franchise gimmick games as well. Avoid this franchise at all costs they are not customer oriented, they only care about bilking every last dollar they can from a transaction.

tldr; Buyer beware at Greenway dealership! They pushed unnecessary warranties even after saying no, hid key details like price increases and longer loan term, unclear and possibly dishonest about pricing. We had a terrible experience here. This company makes the finance person the bad guy so the salesman can be a good guy.We told them we didn't want any warranties and they continued to push them. One warranty they marked down the price but I couldn't decline. This is a warranty at the Greenway dealership that will be no good when we move out of the area which we were very clear is likely to happen after a year. They do this instead of "dealer fees" so they can say they don't charge dealer fees. When we signed the paperwork she tells me "I got you a power train warranty" with no mention of price (my bad for not asking but it seemed like a bonus the way she said it and it definitely wasn't her asking if I wanted to pay for an additional warranty). When I got through the paperwork, I realized that warranty wasn't free and asked her about it. She said she was able to mark down the price of the car to include the warranty at the same payment. So, that tells me 2 things: 1) they didn't give me the best price on the car to begin with and 2) she didn't listen to what we wanted. We didn't have a target payment but I did previously tell her we wanted 60 month term on the loan. She repeatedly said the payment was the same with this additional warranty but didn't tell me the term had changed until I signed (I'm sure she was NOT going to tell me about it). She repeatedly said she "got me at the monthly payment that we agreed upon" but we were not shopping based on monthly price and we made that clear. She was not upfront about the APR either. We don't have any paperwork on what the original price of the car was so it's impossible to tell if she is being honest but either way it doesn't feel great. The lack of transparency with the finances is astounding (and kind of terrifying) but we had already been at the dealership 3 hours so I unfortunately just took the vehicle and chalked it up to a learning experience. We planned on purchasing another vehicle soon but it won't be from Greenway and I cannot recommend it.EDIT: they called as soon as they saw the review even though they already knew how things went down. They called back several times to negotiate but when I said I likely wouldn't take down the review, they became much less helpful. We ended up with they were supposed to refund the warranty to my loan amount but THAT NEVER HAPPENED. They eventually said that I had an opportunity not to sign and that was it.

I purchased a car from them in 2020. When I bought my car everyone was very responsive during the process especially since I live in St Louis, MO. Fast forward, I bent my rim and couldn’t find my paper on what was included . I called and the young lady said she would have the service manager to call me so I could inquire. A week went by I never received a call. I called back and was told the service manager was off . Long story short I never received a call from anyone. I sent an email to the man I bought my car Tim Dillon, and as of right now now one has called or responded. I will never shop again and to think I was going to buy my next car from them because everything is as smooth. I will not because of this poor experience

Called Greenway Toyota in an official capacity to attempt to verify issuance of payroll. I was transferred to someone in payroll, and when I introduced myself, they hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

Beth our sales person was great, very upbeat and friendly. I was not very happy with the lady in finance, she tried to tell us that we had to take additional options because they were already on the vehicle, if that is true then it would already been included in the price of the vehicle. She seemed to get aggravated when we tried to ask questions about different pricing, we were not trying to be difficult we had questions, this is the first time my husband has ever made a big purchase like this and he wanted to understand what he was getting into. I don’t feel the experience was great but I am excited about my new to me 4 runner and hopefully will get a lot of joy out of it. Deborah Kelsey

My trade/purchase was the easiest I’ve ever experienced. I told the salesman prior to visiting the dealership what I had to be at or I couldn’t make a deal. He and his manager worked hard for me treated me like I was a friend rather than a customer and for the first time ever I actually enjoyed trading trucks. Michael Harris is a great sales guy as I asked some tough questions and feel that he was honest and very sincere. I would definitely work with him again!!

This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from this dealer. The first one was from University Toyota and it went fine. This time I'm not happy. I have been driving Nissan Rouges up till this one and I possibly will go back to a Nissan or another Toyota dealership. The guy that did the paperwork has a personality like a rock and when I left I wasn't shown anything about that car and my daughter spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to work the computer. I still haven't heard anything about the paperwork for applying for a title. That may or may not be their fault but it sure isn't my fault. I called the salesman and he referred me to call somebody else. Other than that im ok. Once they sell you a car they are done with you. The worst finance guy ever

They don't listen to you here. It's all pressure from the first time you make contact. Not a good experience at all.

The best car shopping experience I have ever had, these people are top notch on their custom services. They explained everything I needed to know about buying my new 2024 Toyota Corolla. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

Julious Victor is very knowledgeable about all vehicles, and answered all questions we had. He showed competency and concern and seemed to want us to be happy with the Toyota we chose. We will definitely recommend him to our family and friends who are looking for a Toyota.
