Sat on the side of 85 S for over 3 hours. Called 35 different shops, and even 911 and the fire department looking for road side assistance when we got a flat tire headed on our vacation from Atlanta to Navarre Florida, and the guys from Kustom Kreation were the ONLY people with a solution for us other than get towed to the next town 30 miles away to a tire shop that wouldn’t be open until the next day aka sleep In our vehicle overnight with 2 small children. Not only were the quick to arrive but their prices were also amazing. 10/10 best road side assistance I’ve dealt with!

Where to begin HORRIBLE Service! Needed a tire changed yesterday, the guy never showed up. We waited for him since 1pm. Keep calling and was constantly being told someone is on the way. One time we called guy answered sound like he was partying in the Background. Please be aware of these work when that want companies. You’ve been warned!

I wish i could give more stars. I went here to get my 2012 challenger Painted about a month ago. I absolutely love the color. He got all of the dents out of my car as well. The guys at the shop were very nice. And my car was ready and no time. With me being a woman and not knowing much about cars or which color i wanted to go with he didn't hesitate to answer all of my questions i had.I Definitely recommended this shop for all your car needs. ?

Paid $2036 to receive horrific customer service & quality. I paid for a new paint job, bumper, wheel barrings replaced, cv axle shaft, & driveshaft replaced. Let’s just say, my car is sounding the same after taking it back not once but twice. I informed him the first time after picking my vehicle was sounding & doing the same as before, he claimed to know how to fix this. (You’d think it would’ve been done the first time, right?) Brought it back for a second time, doing & sounding the same exact same. At this point I’m thinking Zack just isn’t sure or just isn’t fixing the problem. Let’s not forget to mention that the paint was thrown everywhere, dried up drips, already peeling, & the bumper clearly wasn’t replaced correctly. Please don’t waste your time or money here. I live in Montgomery & was driving back & forth on the word of a man that clearly doesn’t keep his. A man that tries to flip it on you as if you didn’t tell him the issues from the beginning, or as if you didn’t express your concerns after hearing the same issue & not even being .2 miles from the shop after the first pick up. He “fixes” what he wants just to get paid, because in reality the same issues are still occurring. Not to mention offering window tint services & other repairs when he’s yet to correct the initial problems…. Bad business all the way around, too traumatized to return for a third round.

I was waiting 10 minutes for him to get out the truck and help me. He didn't get off the phone or even say hello. Used one hand and a spray bottle to check my tire ON THE CAR. Told me "it's not leaking buy a new tire." I wouldn't recommend this place if you value good customer service and respect. He then told me to leave when I wouldn't buy his tires. Horrible experience. Not deserving of one star but it's required to post. I took off work and just needed help. Being an older woman and it's freezing cold today.

Ran over something while driving in Tuskegee and got a flat tire. Came over here to get it fixed. Service was perfect. I got my tire fixed in 15 minutes, and the price was great. Definitely would recommend this place if anyone needs a tire repair.

Excellent emergency service! We had a flat on a Sunday night in Alabama, and everyone was closed except Kustom Kreation Auto who came to the rescue and got us back on the road that night. The price was also fair. 247365 service with a smile.

I went and got a tire for my car. The guy that owns the place did everything he could to make sure I left with a good tire. He was very professional. I would recommend Kustom Kreation Auto
