Liberty Bank in Tuskegee has one employee who is amazing at her job. The rest are just non chalant tried to close a account and know one seem to have time and there were know customers in the bank at all so they did not have an excuse. All of the old employees are gone and the bank is not the same. Still have not been able to close the account

Great customer service. Opening an account can take 30 minutes but everyone is really respectful and they try to work with you!
