I accidentally dropped my laptop and the screen was just pitch black when I turned it on. I brought it to the Tuskegee Technology Center and they fixed it in one day. 10/10 would go back again

I received excellent service. Brother Kelvin helped me each time i went in. He went above and beyond to make my computer work, even to testing my peripheral equipment to make sure it wasn't the problem. He was courteous, knowledgeable and had my equipment ready when he said he would. Thank both for your courtesy!
