Cherokee Ridge offers golf at a higher level, set against a spectacular Appalachian backdrop. This 18-hole championship course takes advantage of rolling hills, whispering woods, lakes and streams. Much of the front nine is guarded by a sparkling lake, while the back nine turns through a forest with a view of a 40-foot waterfall. It is a scenic view worthy of any nature photographer and an experience impossible to forget. The course provides beautiful scenery and a challenging, great layout that requires just about every shot. Recent renovations have made the course much better, with immaculate and perfect greens, great fairways, and flat tee boxes. The golf carts work well and everything is first rate. The value is pretty incredible for the price, making it a great round of golf. A minor note is that for first-time players, there is no available routing guide and no signage on the course, which can cause some confusion. Despite this, the overall experience is consistently praised, with many players stating they would definitely go back.
Some beautiful scenery on a challenging course! Golf carts work well and everything was 1st rate. Would definitely go back!

It’s been a year since I’ve played here and wow. Great fairways and tee boxes. Greens were aerated and almost healed. Still a great of golf!

The recent renovations have made the course 100x better. The greens are in perfect shape now, and they swapped the back nine for the front nine, making for a better experience.
