I went on line and got approved so I went to the store and picked out the piece we wantd and I was told that my item had to be ordered. I left my name and 2 numbers to call when it was received Keep in mind we already have a stove that we are paying for with the same phone numbers . So I never received a call. So I talked to the manager and she said I gave them the wrong number but I have a voicemail from . I didn’t appreciate her tone, she didn’t really try to resolve my issue. She said she could reorder but hell I don’t remember what I picked . If it was even ordered they should have a record of it. But any do better .

OK, so I don’t know who that lady is that was there this morning with a nasty attitude, but all I wanted to do was see who can come pick up my bedroom suit from my house because I told you guys that I was going through a financial strain at the moment and told them that they can come pick it up today and when I tell you whatever her name was this morning she needs to get a new job and get customer service because this does not make any sense and only Mr. Barry and Ms. Shirah are the only ones over at the store.That know how to do proper customer service and whoever hired her needs fire her too.

Our fridge broke still under warranty they broke it taking it out if the house, it took us over a month to get it back, when they brought it back it was brought back it pieces, they don't want to bring it in and put it back together . They are rude and unprofessional

We ordered a Madison Queen Bed with LED and USB on December 31st, 2024 never received it, but received multiple calls harassing us for money when the product had never been delivered. Marvin at Customer Service was awesome and handled everything perfectly. The lady at the Valley location copped an attitude with me for trying to cancel my order and was angry at my husband who was getting the brunt of these calls because he wanted it cancelled and she wouldn't listen. Her communication skills (lack there of) and customer service skills (lack there of) are the reason we will not recommend this Aaron's location.

I called this morning to set up a payment arrangement for tomorrow on my living room set and for next week on my chair both came due born 12/1 and I don’t get paid to next week but before I could finish my sentence I was told someone would have to call me back and she hung up the phone. I am soo confused and yes I have had to set up payment arrangements before due to these high light bills I keep getting but you don’t have to be rude… everyone is going through something!! This was at the Valley location.

My wife bought a washing machine and dryer from Aaron's and it takes all day to drive one load of clothes is put Lent the inside the dryer and Aaron's management at Valley area calling us lies and everything they won't come out and look at it they won't make no report on it and we told him to come pick it up and the manager is very unprofessional there and the customer service are very unprofessional they think they can get smart with you I would never buy nothing else from Aaron's furniture

I came here to edit my review.It has been 2 weeks sInce i emailed the address you told me to email. I have emailed them 6 times and never got a reply.I still NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK!STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN!!I was going to get a stove from aarons.As part of the process I had to pay 25$.We decided against rent to own and bought a stove instead from Lowes.I have been trying for a week to get my 25 dollars back! The manager only "manages" to run me in circles."It has become painfully apparent that he is unable to get even a simple task such as returning a phone call completed.As a result I am still out 25$ but i am so very thankful we did not proceed with this transaction! I cant imagine how hard it would be to resolve an issue if one arose with the merchandise!I strongly encourage anyone reading this review to consider doing business elsewhere.We dodged a bullet on this one!I will have to escalate this issue to the district manager who I believe is Steve Greer in Columbus because the store manager of the valley location just doesnt have what it takes to get such a simple issue resolved.
