Well kept. Clean. There's a restaurant there too but I've not partaken of the table fare yet.. Also, Gas on (the water) Gas off (the water)... 🇺🇲

Great gas station, friendly people, cold beer, plenty of ice, non ethanol fuel. Great to have a place on the water with fair prices.
