Givorns Foods is a convenient, old school grocery store with friendly and helpful staff. Weekly sale prices are usually pretty good, though prices could be better and some foods are overpriced. The quality of the meat department has gone downhill. The store is less busy early in the morning for a quick trip. However, the atmosphere can be unwelcoming, with unhappy employees. The very worst part is the clouds of cigarette smoke from employees outside the doors, which causes the whole store to smell.
Overpriced foods, definitely exploits people’s inability to go get food elsewhere without driving to Walmart. Staff is friendly and helpful , the prices could be better, gives you a old school grocery store feeling
