I ended up here at the end of last week from out of town after my Silverado's transmission completely failed close by. I dealt with Justin who was my service advisor and truly took care of me. Absolutely 1st rate service. He took the time to help me and went out of his way to make this happen. I was back on the road by Tue morning with a replacement transmission.
