"I've been with State Farm for over 10 years, but my latest experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I recently filed a claim for damages to my car, and the process has been a nightmare. The adjuster was slow to respond, and when they finally did, they lowballed me with an offer that didn't even come close to covering the repairs.
To make matters worse, the customer service representative was unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to escalate the issue. I've always paid my premiums on time, but apparently, that doesn't guarantee decent service when you need it most. I'm shopping around for a new insurance company that actually cares about its customers. One star is even too generous for this experience."

One of the worst places I’ve ever dealt with. They continuously made mistakes on my account for months. It became so confusing I had to switch insurance companies. For your own sanity, I would recommend choosing another company.

Currently having the most difficult of times understanding how this is a company that prides itself in being top tier. I had some issues with roof i contacted a contractor who suggested replacement State Farm’s own adjuster agreed with the contractor but the final decision belonged to the office manager who said “ the roof could be repaired “ and denied the claim. This is my roof. The roof over the heads of my children so if it was a “fix it” situation i would have just gotten it fixed. Surely the contractor and the adjuster would have both recommended fixing it if it were that simple!
I have been a long time customer of State Farm with multiple policies and for the first time I don’t know if they are really operating with the best interest of the customer on this one
