I placed a bill in the box at 8:30 and had the flag up on the mailbox and the bill was still in the mailbox at 5:52pm. How come the mail carrier didn't stop to pick it up?

Had a package sent to an old address by accident. They actually seemed concerned and helped me get the package back. They have amazing customer service.

I’ve been quite excited about several packages arriving to my humble abode as of late. But alas! A USPS worker has tirelessly worked to rain on my parade by continually yeeting my precious trinkets onto my porch, rather than walking an additional 4 steps to properly place and secure my little box of goodies. Today was the final blow to my anticipation. When I ring alert went off, I knew my package had arrived. I pulled up the live footage, and, much to my dismay, all I see is a FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE sticker tumbling across my porch. As I rewound the footage, I witnessed the postal worker aligning the shot at the end of the lane confident she’d make a strike. She then yeets my package onto the porch aiming for pins only she can see and confidently turns and struts away from the lane thinking she’ll make the strike. Unbeknownst to her, she got a gutter ball. Why, USPS? Why? If a package says FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE, there is—I dunno—A REASON THAT STICKER IS ON THERE?! And maybe, quite possibly, that reason is so PACKAGES AREN’T CHUNKED AROUND because what’s inside said package COULD BREAK?! This is common sense. This is the THIRD package I have watched literally being thrown onto my porch. Stop being lazy and just walk up the two steps and place it on my porch. If you’d like the Ring footage, I have it and the other packages being thrown. I would attach it here, but it only allows pictures.

They said the post office delivered my pain meds Thursday to our lock boxes, but it’s not here. I checked with All of my neighbors, none of them received it!!! I’m an amputee, I’ve been without my meds for 2-1/2 days; I am in so much pain!!! No one will answer the phone at the post office!! Please help me!

This post office is lazy and incompetent. They will never apologize nor take accountability for the countless times of messing up my package delivery. Instead of looking at their own tracking or the label which clearly states my address number, they scan it in as “returned to sender” with the excuse that they had the wrong number. I then have to go physically retrieve it after overcoming the hurdle which is getting through to them over the phone. Of course my address is easily found right on the package where it is every other time this happens. And it is frequent. This is pathetic behavior for a small town postal office. They can do better and they should. Unfortunately, they have job security and don’t have to value their residents who rely on them.

The ladies are very nice who work in the front. I just wish they stayed open at least till 6pm to pickup PO box packages they can't fit. They close before anyone can get there during a work week

Hate the phone service they try and use doesn't help with anything. Why giving 2 stars mostlyJust easier to go in person.I'm always getting emails cuz I have a account to keep track of mail that says delivered but not in my mailbox. have to go online to submit a thing saying wasnt delivered. Or go in person cuz most of it doesn't show a picture.

My mail carrier came to pick up some packages and didn't scan one of them so they either stole it or it's lost in the mail and they can only say oh well not our problem. Should have bought insurance. Why do I have to pay extra money to make sure if it's lost or one of them steals it they will be responsible.

The Valley post office is staffed with the most courtiess, polite and helpful people. It was a pleasing experience when I had to mail a package to Chicago today.

My mail carrier cannot figure out how to close a basic mailbox, I come home after driving to Texas every week and my mailbox is wide open with wet mail inside. I actually think they are messing with me because I'm a truck driver and I don't have a problem closing the front of my mailbox.
