After my accident I went to three different places to get an estimate, I finally settle on Valley Collision. The owner and the lady he works with are very professional and nice. I felt really comfortable leaving my car with them and highly recommend them.

I was rear ended 1/8/2024, it is now 3/19/2024 and they still have my car. VC told me they are waiting on final settlement from the insurance. My insurance claims guy says nothing from them since February. Don’t know who is lying, but I’m tired of the run around. VC has not once communicated with me about the repairs, no updates, nothing. Poor customer service. Will not be going back!

Had 5+ cars fixed on this location. Always busy, so some time it takes time to fix it, but it also means they are reliable and skilled. as skill wise, they are best in lagrange to auburn area. The finished result always comes spotless .And people are nice. Would recommend fixing your car here

Got my car fixed through the insurance, and I told them that this needed to be fixed and that there was separation from the car in the bumper and Shernoff. I have not had the vehicle even a week and the bumper has separated even more and it’s about to fall off. I will be bringing it back Monday first thing.
