I went there for the first time on 10/13/25 to get a front alignment done on my 1998 F150 XLT. The 30 minute drive there from where I live in Centreville was worth it!
I was there for about an hour while they worked on the truck. The workers are friendly and down to earth. Their waiting room / office was nicely decorated with Halloween decorations!
It is nice having my front end realigned. My steering wheel is straight and no longer cocked to the right.
They do charge 4% when using a debit/credit card. The alignment ended up being $124.80! In the future if any of our vehicles need alignments this is the first place we’re go!

The people here were definitely a God sent blessing! While on the road, headed home to Kentucky, I had to stop because of a tire issue. They did not hesitate to immediately help me and make sure I could get home safe. They are wonderful and I am so appreciative of their kindness.

Wolfpack Logistics, John and Chad were about to close up the shop when I called and had a brake leaking on the back of my Ram 3500, they stayed over to replace both rear calipers and pads. The price was fair and reasonable service was friendly they got me back on the road on a Friday evening. May God bless them and this shop! Thanks.

The absolute BEST place to go for tires and oil changes. I have been using them for 10 yrs and can't say anything but good things. They are honest and won't try and tell you you need something fixed when you don't.

I can't tell you how grateful I am to Vance Tire and alignment shop! It was hands down the best experience I've had with a mechanics shop. The price was more than fair and the people are just amazing. Just picked my car up and it's driving great! If you're looking for suspension work , it really doesn't get better than these guys.

Went by on my lunch break to change out a tire with a slow leak....Mgr came right out and cleared a bay area to get me fixed up right away. Explained and gave me some knowledge in relation to tires that I didn't know. The whole team were really nice and hospitable. I'm definitely going back the next time I need some tires, brakes, alignment etc work done....

Update, the place I went to today was staffed adequately. There were open bays unlike at Vance. I'll give them my business rather than be scolded by inadequate management. I'll never get brakes, tires or anything from Vance Tire and Alignment.
This was my second visit to Vance. The first time Ralph couldn't fill my tires properly and evenly and I had to go elsewhere to have it done properly. I should have never given them another chance.
They weren't nearly as busy as the reply implies.
They had THREE PEOPLE trying to figure out a common car alignment. I didn't even see anyone else working in the shop!
If the service I received was normal, they can keep it. Scold your customers more! I'm sure you'll go broke as soon as the car service center down the road is completed!

They patched a tire for a friend I was helping out because she wouldn’t get off work before they closed, very professional and courteous people with very fast service!
