“I would like the McCalla post office Manager to read this Please. I want to tell you about your #1 employee mail carrier.
Carlene Young is my Mail Lady, she is our favorite mail carrier we ever had. She is so very nice to my husband and I she goes out of her way for us. If I'm outside | will see her I will start walking to my mailbox and she will meet me half way to bring it to me. She is always smiling and happy. She is great with my three large dogs they meet her at the fence as she leaves and she's not afraid of them. I don't know her outside of delivering my mail but I hadn't seen her in almost a week so l asked the fill in driver and she explained to me why, I asked her, my carriers name.”

“I wanted to share my review on Vance Post office today. Upon my entering I was greeted by the postal clerk Ashley. I was very shocked when I entered that she was there to help me. Not like the post office in Brookwood where I live 2 minutes away from. There is a total difference in customer Service between the 2 locations. I will travel the 10 minutes going forward with my needs at the Vance location. Ashley was very pleasant, and she did a great job at just doing her job, and putting the customer first. Not like Brookwood begging someone/anyone to assist you. Thank you so much Ashley (Vance post office) for making my day.”
