“I went by to get several small chips repaired in my windshield. I was greeted and told I didnt have to exit my vehicle. I was told that my chips were not anything that would cause any issues but to give me a peace of mind he filled them! When I asked what I owed, he told me nothing. I said are you serious, and he stated come back when you have a real chip. I didnt get his name, but I am gonna refer to him as one of God's angels! I left feeling blessed! I would highly recommend this business. In fact, I am gonna tell everyone I know!”

“From the time I called to the final clean up was about 1 hr. Very quick and impressive service. The price was great too! Bill answered all of my questions and didn't mind chatting during the repair. Bill was careful to not lay equipment on the bare car surface he used soft covers treated my car as it were his own. I did not have the $50 glass replacement option so I had to pay my collision deductible ($500) out of pocket. This is NOT Safelite’s fault—I should have verified my coverage before agreeing to an insurance claim. Just want to share this info to the next person. Safelite is great!”

They knew me by name when I came in and when I called, they kept in contact with me through the whole process, they went above and beyond when the tow company who was towing my car to them couldn’t get it together, and they were super fast with my vehicle. Raven was especially helpful, super sweet and knowledgeable, and the brown haired gentleman (so sorry I don’t know his name, I think he’s the manager) was super nice as well.
