Small little gas station in Cahaba Heights is exactly what I was looking for as my gas needle was pointing at the E. Only one other gas station (that I know of in the area) and the prices at this location and that one were comparable. Not a ton of pumps and probably not the easiest access if you're in larger vehicles (moving trucks, hauling a trailer, etc) .... but you probably aren't going to be driving around in this area with those types of vehicles too ofter. Convenience store was nice and organized. Staff was friendly and greeted me upon walking in. Typical gas station assortment of snack foods could be found here, plus some new energy drinks I haven't seen anywhere else. Overall really nice gas station that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others or come back if I'm in this area .... dipping down towards E

I'm beyond fed up with paying at the pump for my gas and occasional car wash only for the machine to prompt me to go inside for receipt! When I do go inside the 2 employees ignore me and help other customers! Hello!! I paid and need my receipt. Shouldn't someone be in charge of checking the machines for receipt paper? I won't go here again for anything.

The bathrooms are amazing !!! The area is old so the parking lot has a few wonky dips, but its a great spot.

Clerk was too busy talking to run the store. Woman next to me had issues with her pump or card and clerk was yelling over intercom to "hang it up, hang it up, hang it up" with no regard to who she was talking to until I hung up my pump after running my debit card. Then she just said "it's ready" but it would not work. Everytime I pressed the intercom, she came on talking instead of listening. When a customer speaks, LISTEN. I realize it is an hourly, non skilled job, but DO IT WELL or go home. As I approached the store to find out what was wrong, a customer came out and said "she was talking to the other pump". Um, do you own the place? Stay out of it. Arrived inside to find a police office behind the counter thinking this was all comical. I can purchase gas anywhere and do not know why I left Mountain Brook without dong so.
