I work at the Crumbl Trussville location so therefore I understand the influx of customers and orders. However I wasn’t even acknowledged nor was I able to use my discount due to me not being acknowledged. They were lacking in customer connection and customer service skills.

It's a preference thing. Some people love these cookies but they don't do it for me. I love butter, but that's a primary flavor note on most of their cookies and I don't like frosting, which is also one of their specialties. If you like heavily frosted cookies and lots of butter, you will love these. Give em a try!
